Breakfast 07:00–09:30, dinner 19:00–21:30 (same in summer and winter). Depending on the board basis (BB, HB), drinks with meals are charged extra.

The spa centre and massage services are charged. Spa hours: 10:00–23:00 year-round. The outdoor pool is free for hotel guests and is open 10:00–18:00 in summer.

Nevşehir Cappadocia Airport is about 35–40 km and Kayseri Erkilet Airport about 75–80 km away.
