Where is the hotel located?

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00.
What are the restaurant service hours?
Breakfast 07:00–09:30, dinner 19:00–21:30 (same in summer and winter). Depending on the board basis (BB, HB), drinks with meals are charged extra.
Is the spa charged? What are the hours?
The spa centre and massage services are charged. Spa hours: 10:00–23:00 year-round. The outdoor pool is free for hotel guests and is open 10:00–18:00 in summer.
How far is the airport?
Nevşehir Kapadokya Airport is about 35–40 km and Kayseri Erkilet Airport about 68 km away.
Is there parking?
Yes, complimentary parking and valet service are available.
Do you organize meetings and weddings?
Yes. We have Venessa, Zuwinasa, Quenasa and Avanos Convention Center halls, plus an open-air banquet area. Poolside banquets can host up to 500 guests.
